Word Power
Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths,
but only what is helpful for building others up according to
their needs that is may be benefit those who listen.
EPHESIANS 4:29
Investing in people with your words is an inexpensive way to create value every day. Our words impact those around us, even when they are not intended for the ears of the hearers. Our words yield salve, insight, hope, and encouragement—or the exact opposite.
When a leader is respected, trusted, and in a position of high influence, one’s words are even more potent. It is good to treat your chosen words like they matter. In work circumstances, your words are either building up or tearing down, investing or depleting.
The world is hungry for Kingdom Builders with clean hearts and thoughtful tongues.
