Shepherding Your Flocks

Be sure you know the condition of your flocks;

 give careful attention to your herds; 

for riches do not endure forever,

 and a crown is not secure for all generations.

How is God calling you to shepherd your flocks during the pandemic?

What do your employees need from you right now? They are your greatest asset. Years from now they will remember if you were compassionate during this time, if you did the right and honorable thing by them, if you led them forward to the next chapter. The attention you pay to employees now will show later in how willing they are to go above and beyond the minimum expectations.

What about your customers, clients and suppliers? The goods and services they need from you and what you can provide may have changed, but you can still serve them as a trustworthy shepherd. Trust builds value, and value builds business.
