Endurance

You need to persevere so that 

when you have done the will of God,

you will receive what he has promised.

Endurance is an attribute of survival. Crisis and hardship give us opportunities to develop stamina. Crisis, not prosperity, is when we learn to be strong and resilient. No one succeeds as a leader without the lessons of hardship.
